    Hey Patrick, Your training is paying off! You make hoisting those heavy bags look easy. It takes a lot of core stability to shoulder a load like that and then pull off a squat.

  2. Mike, the surprising thing about those exercises is the abdominal component. After I was done with the workout, my abs were hammered. This is an upside that you don’t always see with dumbbell or barbell training, and just don’t get with machines. Thanks for coming over!
