Workout Report: Deadlift Day 6/7/11

Here’s what happened:

  • Went up in weight with leg curls and extensions again. Up to 210 for extensions, which is the most I’ve done since back in the day.
  • Did a lot of singles for Trap Bar DL today. Working weight was 465, which I did for around 9 singles, I think.
  • Pulldowns at 6×7 felt pretty easy.
  • Had good form and depth on my dips.
  • Did elliptical to begin and bike at the end.
  • Lots of protein afterward, and feelin’ good.
