Update: One Goal Down!

Hey, Folks.

Just got a full minute hold in bottoms-up rack position with the 24k kettlebell with my left hand. Got the other hand last week. Woohoo!

    You must have demonstrated all of that. Well done! I’ve advanced to level four of computer chess where I’m one of three. There are ten levels and they are exponentially more difficult as you go. Norton didn’t like my pool game, so I’ve deep-sixed that just to be on the safe side. Can’t afford to buy a new computer whenever one starts acting up.

    Good job on the computer chess. I was never much good at that game. I like Go, though, which is the Far East equivalent. I used to be good at that one.
