That’s right, folks. Now, you too can be cave-folk! This, the earliest and least luxurious version of the Caveman Gym Handbook, is on offer, for free.
Now, I have grandiose plans for the Handbook, and all of those plans have not yet come to fruition. That said, the text is all there, and I think it’s pretty swell. So, I’m calling this a “version 1.0” release. More features will be added, and it will get steadily cooler as the days pass. That said, I didn’t want to wait forever to get the info out there, so you’re getting it, in all its raw, caveman fury.
