Here, folks, is an all-text version of my Caveman Gym Handbook.  All the basics are here, but expect this document to go through some version changes as I am able to add stuff like pictorial examples of each lift and additional material for people starting at different fitness or mobility levels.  I will publicize these version changes via blog entries, as well as with status updates on Facebook, so don’t worry.  Since it’s free, and available, and, if I may say, pretty darned fun to read, why not check it out?  Click on the link below to download the handbook!
